How does the service work?
The service covers the event end to end. A dedicated planner guides you through every choice, and their cost is already inside the budget you set, with nothing added on top. Timings and costs are optimised through access to vetted partners.
Does the service cost anything?
No, the service is free: we charge you nothing and add no commission to the quote. Ehivents is paid directly by its partner venues in Rome.
Do I have to deal with the other suppliers?
No. Supplier management sits with a single Ehivents contact, who coordinates catering, photography, music, styling, logistics and the venue.
Who books the venue?
Ehivents puts the booking straight into the selected venue’s calendar, at no cost to you.
How is payment handled?
The balance is settled by bank transfer. That keeps the whole financial side secure, traceable and fully transparent.
How do I get in touch?
