When you fill in the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: name, email address and phone number, together with the information about the event you want to organise.

While browsing we do not collect any profiling data: the site uses no statistical or marketing tools. We process only the technical data strictly necessary to serve the page (for example the IP address handled temporarily by the hosting provider for security purposes).

We use your data solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and get back to you about it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

We do not use the data for automated marketing or profiling and no automated decision-making takes place.

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting relationship and, in any case, no longer than the periods required by law. After that period the data is deleted or anonymised.

Data may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by the technical suppliers required to run the service, in particular the site’s hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), whose servers used for this site are located in the European Union. Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is stored within the European Union. Should a provider operate outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will only take place with the adequate safeguards set out in Art. 44 ff. GDPR.

As a data subject you may exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of any consent given.
