What kind of events can you organise?
Company parties and dinners, team building, conventions and conferences, workshops, product launches, networking and shoots. If what you have in mind is not on the list, tell us anyway.
How does the service work?
The service covers the event end to end. A dedicated planner guides you through every choice, and their cost is already inside the budget you set, with nothing added on top. Timings and costs are optimised through access to vetted partners.
Does the service cost the company anything?
No. Ehivents charges you nothing: we are paid by the partner venues. The quote covers the cost of the event, not a fee of ours.
Do I have to deal with the other suppliers?
No. Supplier management sits with a single Ehivents contact, who coordinates catering, photography, music, styling, logistics and the venue.
Who books the venue?
Ehivents puts the booking straight into the selected venue’s calendar, at no cost to you.
How is payment handled?
The balance is settled by bank transfer. That keeps the whole financial side secure, traceable and fully transparent.
