Does the service cost anything?
No, it is completely free. The platform partners with the best venues in Rome and is paid directly by them.
Do I have to deal with the other suppliers?
No. Supplier management sits with a single Ehivents contact, who coordinates catering, photography, music, styling, logistics and the venue.
Who books the venue?
Ehivents puts the booking straight into the selected venue’s calendar, at no cost to you.
How do I get in touch?

How quickly will you reply?
One of our coordinators picks up the request and replies within a few hours of it arriving.
How does the service work?
As soon as you send the form, one of our coordinators takes the request and stays with you through the whole thing, from picking the venue to the night itself.
How is payment handled?
The balance is settled by bank transfer. That keeps the whole financial side secure, traceable and fully transparent.
